At PocketBuddy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.
1. All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Here’s how to proceed:
2.1. Eligibility Criteria
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The defect or damage must not be caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
- The product must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
2.2. How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Send an email to pocketbuddy.contact@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and any relevant photos of the issue.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Product: Once you receive the RMA, securely pack the product in its original packaging and include the RMA number in the package. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
2.3. Processing Your Return
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage.
- If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the product is not found to be defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used or altered from their original condition.
- Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products returned after the 90-day return window has expired.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship out the replacement item.
